This shoe is really comfortable and the fit is perfect. I contacted Nashbar by phone and told them my US shoe dimensions and they fitted me perfectly. Plenty stiff for sprinting and excellent to stroll in.

I generally put on Adidas cycling footwear, but they don't make an SPD-compatible walkable touring shoe with a tough sole. I adore the RT80's! They are comfy for brief off-the-bike walking, they don't have the heavy mtb lug soles, and they do not have the laces that are time-consuming to tie and get in the way. Match is maybe 1/2 measurement smaller than Adidas - I use 44 in Adidas; the 44 in the Shimano is just marginally scaled-down. I would give it five stars, but not sure how durable they are nevertheless, especally the buckles (but they can be changed). They hold my ft heat at deg C/32 deg F as extended as they are in booties.

A wonderful shoe for spinning my spouse and I use this shoe. performs quite excellent also like the reality I can stroll on the floor uncomplicated due to the fact clip is recessed only rubber touches floor till you get on bike feels wonderful in foot, very good for hour or so for spinning. honest price tag when on sale.

excellent shoe no breakin needed. love the recessed cleat. not sure why i by no means went with spd just before.

This is an great shoe and appears to operate true to dimension. The closures operate quite good and it is a enjoyment to be ready to stroll in a street shoe. I would invest in this shoe above and above once more.
